Building Assessment Reporting

Building assessments reports are provided by RCC National on behalf of the Insurance Company. A qualified building assessor will attend the property to carry out a thorough site inspection and provide a detailed assessment report on the cause of damage. The report will identify the repair works and possible maintenance requirements, along with a detailed quoted scope of works and photos. Our highly trained staff provide extensive policy knowledge and apply the Produce Disclosure Statement to achieve accurate claim determination and quality documentation.
